甲基胺草磷加倍玉米单倍体效果的初步研究

Preliminary Research on Maize Haploid Doubling Effects by Amiprophos- methyl

以高诱1号诱导的不同基因型玉米单倍体为材料，在3～5叶期用不同浓度的甲基胺草磷溶液进行滴心处理，研究甲基胺草磷加倍单倍体的效果。结果表明：不同浓度的甲基胺草磷溶液的加倍效率存在一定差异，100μmol／L的甲基胺草磷溶液处理的单倍体加倍效率最高；不同遗传背景材料的加倍效果存在差异。

With the maize haploids of different genotypes induced by Gaoyou 1 as materials, different concentrations of amiprophos - methyl were used to treat their growing points during three - leaf to five - leaf stage to analyze the doubling effects. The results showed that the doubling efficiency of different concentrations of amiprophos -methyl had certain differences and 100 μmoL/L amiprophos -methyl had the best effect. The materials with different genetic backgrounds had different doubling effects.
