摘要
在"蒜-棉"套作下研究了不同密度(1.80万、2.55万、3.30万株/hm2)与整枝方式(常规整枝和简化整枝)对转基因抗虫杂交棉新品种鲁05H9农艺性状及产量的影响。结果表明:3个密度下常规整枝处理的产量高于简化整枝处理,以3.30万株/hm2产量最高,籽棉与皮棉产量分别达到4 866.5 kg/hm2和1 945.0kg/hm2;简化整枝下以2.55万株/hm2产量相对较高,但仍比同密度下的常规整枝处理显著减产。说明鲁05H9在高肥水"蒜-棉"套作下不宜保留叶枝,应进行常规整枝栽培管理,且种植密度不宜低于3.00万株/hm2。
The influences of different planting densities (18 000,25 500 and 33 000 plants per hectare) and pruning methods ( conventional pruning and simplified pruning) on agronomic characters and yield of Bt transgenic hybrid cotton variety Lu 05149 were studied under garlic - cotton intercropping pattern. The results showed that the yields at 3 different planting densities under conventional pruning treatment were all higher than those under simplified pruning treatment. The yields of seed cotton and lint both reached the highest at the density of 33 000 plants per hectare under conventional pruning treatment, as 4 866.5 kg/hm2 and 1 945.0 kg/hm2 respectively. The yield at the density of 25 500 plants per hectare under simplified pruning method was relatively higher but still significantly lower than that under conventional pruning treatment. It indicated that, under garlic - cotton intercropping pattern with high fertility level, Lu 05H9 should be cultivated and managed using conventional pruning method of removing leafy shoot and the planting density should be not less than 30 000 plants per hectare.
