双线排龈法对口腔固定修复效果影响及不良反应观察

Observation of effect and adverse reactions of two- gingival retraction for oral fixed prosthesis

目的:探讨双线排龈法对口腔固定修复效果的影响以及可能发生的不良反应。方法:选取行金属烤瓷全冠修复术的患者为研究对象,其中取模前行双线排龈法排龈患者75例为观察组,另外选取同样例数的患者行常规单线排龈法排龈为对照组。完成后观察患者的排龈情况、基牙肩台和游离牙龈界限清晰度、牙龈出血情况以及模具清晰度情况,以此评价两组患者口腔固定修复的效果。通过随访和复诊,获取患者的信息,统计不良反应情况。结果:固定修复效果的比较中,观察组患者优、良人数达72例,占全部人数的96.00%;而对照组优、良人数63例,占总数的84.00%。不良反应的比较中,观察组共发生不良反应7例,占总数的9.33%;对照组共发生不良反应23例,占总数的30.67%。以上比较,观察组的效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统的单线排龈法相比,双线排龈法排龈后的修复术口腔固定效果优越,美观大方,发生不良反应较少,是临床用于冠桥修复术中的有效排龈法。

Objective To explore the effect of the two-gingival retraction for fixed prosthesis effects of oral and adverse reactions that might occur.Method The patients in our hospital with dental line metal porcelain crown prosthetics from 2010 to 2012 were chosen as the research object,which the 75 patients of modulo-line two-lane the gingival retraction Law gingival retraction were set as the observation group,another the same cases of patients with conventional singlet gingival retraction Law gingival retraction were set as the control group.The patient＇s gingival retraction abutment shoulder,clarity of the boundaries of free gums,bleeding gums,and mold clarity of the situation after the completion were observed,in order to evaluate the effect of the two groups of patients with oral fixed restoration.By follow up and referral,the patients＇ information was gotten,and the adverse reactions were taken for statistics.Results In the comparison of fixed restorative effects,the observation group was excellent,and good number was 72 cases,accounting for 96.00% of the total number;while the control group of excellent,good number was 63 cases,accounting for 84.00 percent of the total.Comparison of adverse reactions,there were seven cases of adverse reactions in the observation group,accounting for 9.33% of the total.In the control group,there were 23 cases of adverse reactions,accounting for 30.67% of the total.Above comparisons,the effect of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was obvious,there were statistically significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the traditional method singlet gingival retraction,the effect of gingival retraction of the two-gingival retraction method prosthetics oral fixed is superior,beautiful and generous,with fewer adverse reactions,and it is the effective gingival retraction method for crown and bridge prosthetics.
