三种物理疗法治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

Effectiveness of three kinds of physical therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的:评价三种物理方法治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将197例带状疱疹患者随机分成窄谱中波紫外线治疗组(NB-UVB)﹑半导体激光治疗组(SL)﹑高能窄谱红光治疗组(LED)及对照组,分别于治疗结束后评价疗效。结果:各治疗组与对照组总有效率比较具有统计学意义,各治疗组止痛及水疱结痂的时间明显短于对照组。结论:三种物理疗法均对带状疱疹有较好疗效,半导体激光及高能窄谱红光疗效更佳,且安全、有效。窄谱中波紫外线治疗中不良反应相对较高。

Objective To evaluate efficacy of three kinds of physical therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster.Method 197 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into groups： Narrow-band Ultraviolet group（NB-UVB）,Semiconductor Laser group（SL）,High-energy Red Light group（LED） and control group.Clinical efficacy was evaluated after the final treatment session.Results Comparison of the effective rate of three treatment group and control group was statistical significance.The time of blister scabber,pain faded disappeared was recorded.Each treatment group was shoter than the control group.Conclusion Three kinds of physical therapy were effective treatment with herpes zoster.Semiconductor Laser and High-energy Red Light were better in treatment of herpes zoster and sae and effective.Narrow-band Ultraviolet had slight adverse reaction.
