专科护士强化口服降糖药治疗管理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用探讨

Application discussion of nurse enhanced oral antidiabetic drug treatment in elderly patients with diabetes

目的:为保证老年糖尿病患者口服降糖药的疗效,解决老年糖尿病患者口服降糖药服法错误率高的问题。方法:将口服降糖药的老年患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采取糖尿病专科护士强化管理,对比两组口服降糖药服法错误率。结果:实行专科护士强化管理组错服药率较对照组明显下降(P﹤0.01)。结论:糖尿病专科护士强化管理是降低老年糖尿病患者口服药服法错误率的有效方法。

Objective To ensure the efficacy of oral antidiabetic drugs in elderly diabetic patients,and to solve the problem that elderly diabetic patients had a high error rate in taking ral hypoglycemic agents.Method Elderly patients who had oral hypoglycemic drugs were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group took diabetes specialist nurse strengthen management,error rate of taking oral hypoglycemic drug of these two groups were compared.Results The implementation of specialist nurse strengthen management group could decrease the rate of taking wrong medication significantly compared with the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Diabetes specialist nurse strengthen management is an effective way to reduce the error rate of taking oral medication in elderly patients with diabetes.
