卡介苗接种效果影响因素分析及护理

Elements of the influence of newborn and improve the effectiveness of BCG vaccination and its nursing

目的：了解影响新生儿卡介苗接种的因素,以提高卡介苗的接种效果。方法：对2010年10月~2011年6月接种卡介苗的婴幼儿（由于各种原因在出生时未及时接种卡介苗）210例进行追踪观察。结果：210例婴幼儿卡介苗接种后PPD试验阳转率为57.6%,接种时药液无外漏,皮丘标准,卡痕明显者PPD试验阳转率高。结论：卡介苗接种后PPD试验阳转率与有效卡痕有关。

Objective To find out the elements of the influence of newborn-BCG vaccination.Method We measured a follow-up observation on the 210 newborns who had BCG vaccinations（do not had born-BCG vaccination because of various reasons） in our department from Oct.2010 to Jun.2011.Results After BCG vaccination was given to 210 newborn babies,the seroconversion rate of PPD was57.6%.No leakage in vaccination,with the picchu standard,the babies who have obvious BCG scar had higher seroconversion rate of PPD.Conclusion The seroconversion rates of PPD are associated with the obvious BCG scar.
