摘要
用不同浓度的微生物菌剂AR156、AR156-1、AR156-2、菌根菌、甲基硫菌灵喷洒基质,研究不同浓度处理对辣椒栽培大田土传病害的防效。研究结果表明,辣椒移栽后60 d和105 d,浓度为108cfu/mL的AR156-2处理的防效分别为86.39%和78.14%,增产效果显著,增产率214.39%;菌根菌防效不明显,但促生效果明显,增产率达158.25%。
In this study, we mixed the microbial agents AR156, AR156-1, AR156-2 which were came from Nanjing Agricultural University, mycorrhizal fungi which was came from Qingdao Agricultural University, fungicide thiophanate- methyl which was came from the German Basf Inc. with pepper matrix respectively, and studied the control efficacy of different agents with different concentrations against soil-borne diseases of hot pepper in fields. The results showed that, the treatment 10^8 cfu/mL AR156-2 possessed highest control efficiency of 86.39% and 78.14% after hot pepper plants being transplanted 60 days and 105 days later respectively, and the yield was significantly increased by 214.93%. The myeorrhizal fungi treatment did not show so significant eontrol effect as the agent AR156-2, but the yield was increased by 158.25%.
