摘要
从宏观发展的视角分析我国现代芽菜产业链的内涵和概念、发展历程和特征,从社会经济学角度分析现代芽菜产业链的构建及其功能效应,展望了现代生物科技系统地应用于规模化芽菜产业,对培植和提升我国现代芽菜产业主体创新能力的重要意义。
In the article, we analyzed the connotation, concept, development history and characteristics of bean sprouts industry based on the macro development perspective, and analyzed the construction and functional effects about the modem sprouts industry chain. In addition, we emphasized the importance of applying modem biological science and technology systematically in the large-scale sprouts industry on cultivating and promoting the innovation ability of modem sprouts industry in our country.
