基于GEM模型的徐州大学生创业环境评价研究

Research of Xuzhou College Students Entrepreneurial Environment Evaluation based on the GEM Model

良好的创业环境可以推动并优化创业活动。针对大学生创业的特点,利用GEM模型,对徐州市大学生创业环境进行评价。75份问卷调查结果表明徐州市大学生创业环境良好,调查显示资金支持是影响大学生创业环境最关键的要素。徐州市的创业政策在资金支持、项目和培训、研究开发转移等方面还有待改善。对于非高科技的大学生创业者也应该加大相关的政策支持。

The good entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial activity can promote the optimization. Based on the characteristics of university students, using the GEM model, to evaluate the entrepreneurial envi- ronment of college students in Xuzhou city. 75 copies of the questionnaire survey results show that Xuzhou City entrepreneurial environment is good, investigation shows that financial support is the key factor of influencing the entrepreneurial environment of college students. Xuzhou City entrepreneurship policy in funding, projects and training, research and development of metastasis remains to be improved. For non-high-tech students en- trepreneurs should also strengthen the support of policy.
