高职校企文化的渗透融合问题研究

摘要 企业文化与校园文化相互渗透与融合的基础在于两者的契合点,其价值体现于促进校企合作、高职人才培养、企业文化传播等。文章在两者未能深入渗透、融合的原因基础上,提出通过加强企业文化传播力度,促进企业文化和高职院校校园文化相互借鉴,以物质和精神文化为载体,彼此互置于文化建设之中,以各种校园活动为纽带,发挥高职院校的主体力量,立足"职业性",保持自身文化特色五条路径,实现两者相互渗透与融合。 the foundation of enterprise culture and campuscuhure of mutual penetration and integration is the fit between the two points, whose value lies in promoting school enterprise cooperation, vocational training,cor- porate culture etc.. Basic reason in both failed topenetrate, fusion, put forward by strengthen theenterprise cul- ture, promoting enterprise culture andcampus culture in higher vocational colleges to learn from each other, the material and spiritual culture as the carrier, to each other in the cultural building, in a variety of campus activ- ities as a link, to play the main force of higher vocational colleges, based on the occupation, to maintain their own cultural characteristics the five path, realize the mutual penetration and integration.
