摘要
过电压对电力系统的安全运行威胁很大,氧化锌避雷器是一种保护性能优越、耐污秽、质量轻、性能稳定的避雷设备。预防性试验的结果对于判断避雷器的受潮情况是很敏锐的,但受停电限制,无法及时反映避雷器运行状况。带电诊断技术可以有效反映其运行状况,也迎合带电检测为主、停电检测为辅替代以停电检测为主、带电检测为辅的发展趋势。笔者介绍了带电诊断技术的几种常用方法,根据近年MOA带电测试的经验总结,对影响测试结果的因素进行全面分析。同时,在技术和试验方法进行合理改进,利用带电测试数据自动录入软件,大大提高现场作业效率和技术管理规范。最后,依托LCD-2006发现避雷器故障的经典实例分析,验证了开展带电诊断的必要性,为带电诊断和在线监测技术的进一步推广应用积累了经验。
Over-voltage is greatly threat to the safe operation of power systems. Metal oxide arrester(MOA) has good performances for lightning over-voltage,anti-pollution,light weight. Moisture in MOA detected through routine preventive tests is sensitive to evaluate the operation status to MOA,but it needs power off for detection. Live diagnostic techniques can effectively reflect its operational status ,and such technique is the trend that the utilities hope the operation status can be detected without outage. The article describes several common methods of live diagnostic techniques based on experiences for MOA detections in recent years. The factors affecting the test results are analyzed and some improvements are made for testing technologies and methods. Live diagnostic data can be recorded by software automatically which greatly improve the efficiency. The results show the above method can provide more information for MOA live diagnosis.
