摘要
为了解决连续采煤机短壁开采工作面配套连运1号车转运破碎时,梭车向连运1号车卸煤时存在电缆反复拉断的问题,分析了梭车电缆在卸煤时出现的S形弯折变形对电缆的不利影响,使用SolidWorks软件设计了新型的电缆导向轮组,改善了电缆受力状况。现场试验表明,电缆拉断频率大大降低,提高了其可靠性和使用寿命,增强了短壁设备配套的灵活性。
While continuous shearer operating on the short wall mining face with No. one continuous conveyance vehicle, the cable repeatedly broke at the shuttle car discharging coal to the No. one continuous conveyance vehicle. In order to solve the problem, the paper analyzed the adverse influence of S-shaped bending deformation of shuttle car cable on the cable at discharging coal. In addition, a new-type cable- guiding wheel group was designed in SolidWorks, thus the force state of the cable improved. Field test showed: the cable breaking probability greatly reduced; the cable reliability and service life enhanced; the matching flexibility of equipments on the short wall mining face enhanced.
