摘要
为了研究振动和加载对试件的共同影响,设计了一种振动磨损试验台。该试验台机械结构简单,参数的测量精度较高、测试结果准确,可以对振动频率、所加载荷及相对运动速度进行调节,以适应不同条件下的试验要求。该试验台具有良好的拓展性,对于新材料试制和产品结构可靠性研究具有重要意义。
To research the combined effects of vibration and loading on specimens, a vibration and wearing test-bench was designed. The test-bench was characterized by simple structure, precise parametric measurement and accurate measurement results. The vibration frequency, loading and relative velocity could be regulated to fit test demands of various conditions. The test-bench had good scalability, and possessed significance for development of new material and reliability study of product structure.
