基于HIS的传染病报告管理系统的实现与应用

Realization and Application of HIS-based Infectious Disease Reporting Management System

目的:了解传染病疫情上报的重要性,解决传统手工填报方式存在的"漏报、迟报、重报"问题,增加相关信息的自动采集、统计、复核、筛查,并对最终结果进行打包上报。方法:通过对传染病报告填报业务流程的分析,采用PowerBuilder 9.0开发工具,数据库为Oracle10.2g,综合运用面向对象的设计思路,较好地满足了系统的可靠性、可扩展性、可重用性以及安全性的要求。结果:实现了医生站终端对初诊患者传染病相关信息的登记和医院传染病上报负责部门的自动采集、统计、复核、筛查,并对最终结果进行打包上报。结论:基于HIS的传染病报告管理系统的设计与实现,梳理了传染病报告流程,简化了书写过程,操作方便快捷,电子信息规范,为医生提供了便利;同时,数据信息互通,也为管理部门实时了解传染病的情况提供了便利。

Objective To realize the automatic acquisition,statistics,check and screening of the infectious disease information and its packaged reporting.Methods The flow for filling the report was analyzed,and PowerBuilder 9.0,Oracle10.2g and object-oriented development idea were involved in the development of the system to meet the requirements for reliability,extendability,repeatability and safety.Results The registration of preliminary diagnosis information of the infectious disease patient at the doctor station was realized,and the automatic acquisition,statistics,check,screening and packaged reporting of the information at the facility in charge were implemented.Conclusion The HIS-based infectious diseasc reporting management system makes the reporting flow optimized,the operation simplified and electronic information standardized.The management facility can master the shared infectious disease information in time.
