Application of Digital Technology in Medical Records Management

目的:解决病案资料在保存与利用、信息安全和数据共享等方面的问题,提高病案管理的科学性和工作效率。方法:采用数码照相和计算机合成技术,建立病案数字化管理系统,对原有的纸质病案进行数字化加工处理,改变原有的储存、管理、应用模式,并提供网络环境下的病案信息服务。结果:信息技术的高速发展,加速了传统的纸张病案管理模式向数字化管理方向发展。结论:采用数字化技术进行病案管理,有效地解决了病案管理安全与利用的矛盾,可充分挖掘出病案中的大量信息,这对医院的发展和为社会服务具有重要的意义。

Objective To solve the problems of the medical records in storage,usage,information security and data sharing.Methods Digital camera and computer synthesis technique were used to develop medical records digital management system to provide information service of medical records.Results The progress of information technology promoted the digitalization of medical records management.Conclusion Application of digital technologies balances the security and usage of the medical records,and makes full use of the mass information in it.
