摘要 目的:探讨髋关节磁共振扫描成像技术的临床应用。方法 :对30例患者行MR扫描,扫描序列包括横轴位PDWI+FS、SET1WI,冠状位STIR、SET1WI。结果:本组30例患者中,14例有股骨头缺血性坏死表现,在横轴位PDWI+FS及冠状位STIRT表现为"双线征",在SET1WI表现为可见匐行线的低信号;3例患者考虑为髋臼唇损伤,可见髋臼唇信号连续性中断;2例患者股骨颈骨折,能清晰看见骨折线;11例患者未见明显异常。结论:磁共振扫描参数的优化组合有助于显示正常髋关节的解剖结构及病变的定位和诊断。 Objective To explore the application of hip MRI technique.Methods Totally 30 persons underwent MR scanning; and the sequences included axial PDWI+FS,SET1WI,and coronal STIR,SET1WI.Results There were 14 cases of avascular necroses of the femoral head,having double-line signs at axial PDWI+FS and STIRT as well as low signals with visible serpiginous borders.Three patients with acetabular labrum injuries were found with interrupted continuity of the signal,and two ones having femoral neck fractures were found with clear lines.The remained 11 ones had no diseases found.Conclusion The optimum combination of MRI parameters contributes to displaying anatomic structure and positioning and diagnosing lesions at the hip joint.
