乳腺钼靶立体导丝定位技术在微小乳腺病变手术中的应用价值

Value of X-ray Stereotaxis Mark in Breast Minimum Lesion Operation

目的:探讨钼靶X线立体导丝定位技术在乳腺微小病变手术中的应用价值。方法:选取19例经钼靶X线检查发现的乳腺微小病变,经计算机三维立体图像重建确定病灶位置,再用穿刺导丝定位方法对病灶进行金属物标志,然后根据金属标志物进行外科切除。结果:19例患者中,18例病灶一次性成功切除,定位准确率为95%。结论:钼靶X线立体定位技术是一种在乳腺微小病变手术中非常有效的定位方法。

Objective To observe the value of X-ray stereotaxis mark in breast minimal lesion operation.Methods Totally 19 cases of breast minimal lesion discovered by X-ray molybdenum target radiography were adopted as the subjects.The lesion was localized by computer 3D image reconstruction,and then underwent metal marking and excision.Results Of the 19patients,18 ones had their lesions excised in one time,with the localization accuracy of 95％.Conclusion X-ray stereotaxis mark is an very effective locating method in breast minimal lesion operation.
