摘要
目的:为急进高原部队提供既满足车载使用又轻便携行的小型制氧装备.方法:通过设计基于锂电池的充供电电路,与系统控制电路高度集成,增强整机的电源适应性,确保可接入市电或车载电源直接使用;采用SolidWorks软件,实现部件模块化设计;配气阀设计及应用,实现出氧模式为氧气直出、空氧配比混合输出双模式.结果:完成便携式制氧机设计,制氧流量为1~3 L/min,氧气体积分数为50%~90%,达到技术指标要求.结论:便携式制氧机具有体积小、质量轻、电源适应性强的优点,适用于急进高原的个体或车辆驾驶员使用,极大地提升了军队急进高原部队的用氧保障能力.
Objective To provide a miniature,portable and vehicle-mounted oxygen concentrator for the troops with acute high-altitude exposure.Methods The power adaptability of the whole machine was enhanced by designing charge and supply circuit based on lithium battery and highly integrated with control system circuits,which ensured the access to commercial power or vehicle power directly.Modular designs of the components were realized by using SolidWorks software.The distributing valve gifted the oxygen output with two modes of direct oxygen output and mixed output of air and oxygen.Results The desired technique indexes were achieved with the oxygen flow between 1 L/min and 3 L/min and the oxygen concentration between 50% and 90%.Conclusion The portable oxygen concentrator behaves well in size,weight and power adaptability,and is fitful for the person or driver with acute high-altitude exposure.The oxygen supply for the troops with acute high-altitude exposure is enhanced greatly with the concentrator.
