The problems in the operation of domestic laboratory automation system are introduced.The details are analyzed and summarized,which should be paid attention to in the site planning,the preliminary assessment,instrument integration,staffing and etc.The laboratory automation system should be improved from the control software upgrade,the post-processing module and the connected instrument types.These experience can provide references for domestic clinical laboratory with automation system.
