大型三级医院租赁中心设备运营状况的研究

Research on Medical Equipment Leasing Center Operation Management in Largescale Class-three Hospital

目的:探索进一步提高医院租赁中心设备使用率的有效途径。方法:对医院租赁中心运营状况进行回顾性分析,从HIS中提取"中心"设备使用的收费信息,追踪"中心"近几年的收支数据,通过计算每台每天使用小时数,评价设备总体使用状况。结果:随着设备投入的不断增加,"中心"经济效益呈正比例增长,但设备平均使用率有所下降。结论:租赁中心总体运营状况良好,经济效益明显,但设备平均使用率有待通过其他管理手段进一步挖掘、提高。

Objective To enhance the efficiency of medical equipment leasing center.Methods The operation of hospital leasing center was analyzed retrospectively.The equipment charging information and budget data of the center were collected,and the number of the hours of each equipment occupied in a day was counted to evaluate the utilization of medical equipment.Results The economic benefit of the center increased in direct ratio with the increase of the equipment investment,with the utilization rate decreased.Conclusion Medical equipment leasing center runs well and has a high economic benefit,while the equipment utilization rate has to be enhanced by some measures.
