摘要
介绍了临床医学工程学科的定位和建立,阐述了临床医学工程学科的人才管理,并从建立学科管理子系统,增加临床教学内容及考核机制,建立科研创新绩效考核激励机制,完善设备保养、维修职责4个方面分析了临床医学工程学科的绩效管理,指出了医院管理者应重视临床医学工程学科的建设,使其不断得到发展与完善。
The orientation and establishment of clinical medical engineering department are introduced,along with its personnel management.The performance management in clinical medical engineering department is discussed from the aspects of establishing management sub-system,increasing clinical teaching contents and building examination mechanism,constructing evaluation & activating system,and making clear equipment maintenance responsibilities.It's pointed out that the hospital administrator pay attention to the construction of clinical medical engineering department.
