Currently, China has become the second largest economy, second only to US. However, it is faced with severe challenges at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the background of China＇ s economic rise, challenges it faces and its influence on US. This paper elaborates on the status quo of the development of foreign investment in Chi- na and China＇ s overseas investment, and discusses about China＇ s trade mode.
