摘要
为了探索利用桉树纤维化单板制造重组木的可行性,首先将桉树木材旋切成4mm厚的单板,再通过纤维可控分离技术进行疏解,经浸胶干燥后,采用冷压热固化法制备重组木,探讨重组木密度对其耐水性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着密度由0.85g/cm3增加至1.20g/cm3,桉树重组木的耐水性能和力学性能均得到改善,达到或超过桉树实木和桉树单板层积材的性能。
A novel scrimber was made of fibrosis veneer (Eucalyptus urophylla) with density from 0.85 g/cm3 to 1.20 g/cm3.The results showed that the density had a positive effect on water resistance and mechanical properties of the scrimber.The properties tested were superior to solid wood and laminated veneer lumber made of the same materials.
