摘要
人工林马占相思木材干燥时易产生皱缩及内裂,为改进干燥质量,对50mm厚的马占相思木材采用柔性真空干燥工艺。结果表明,试材的干燥速率接近于恒速,长度方向和厚度方向上的含水率分布均较均匀;应用本试验中较优干燥工艺,试样的干燥速率比常规干燥大幅提高,干燥质量达到GB/T 6491-1999《锯材干燥质量》规定的一级要求。
Acacia mangium is one of the tropical plantation species.Since the small diameter of the tree-trunk,and the high proportion of the juvenile wood,it's easy to cause collapse and internalcheck during drying.A flexible vacuum drying schedule was developed in order to improve drying quality of Acacia mangium lumber.The results showed that compared with conventional drying,the drying rate of flexible vacuum increased considerably,the total drying time of the tested samples from moisture content 64.75% to 10.01% was 42 hours and the drying quality could meet first grade requirement of the national standard GB/T 6491-1999.
