基于层次数据包络分析法的输电网规划决策方法

Hierarchical Data Envelopment Analysis Method for Decision-making in Transmission Network Expansion Planning

针对输电网规划决策中量纲难统一,甚至存在矛盾的情况,提出一种基于层次数据包络分析法的输电网规划决策方法,从建立层次结构,构造数据包络分析计算模型和综合排序三方面介绍该方法的计算步骤,并结合实例验证该方法的有效性和实用性。

For the difficult to uniform dimension that is con-tradictory of transmission network expansion planning ,this paper proposes an approach based on hierarchical data envel-opment analysis for decision-making in transmission network expansion planning .This method can be divided into three steps ,establish the hierarchical structure ,structure data model of data envelopment analysis ,comprehensive ranking . The calculation results show that the proposed method is ef-ficient and practical with the construction .
