摘要
分析沙河电厂2台600MW超临界机组空冷系统安装过程中出现大量漏点的问题,从空冷岛钢平台结构以上部分安装、大排汽管道系统安装、焊接工艺、严密性试验过程等方面提出空冷系统真空泄漏的控制措施及要点,并说明控制措施的实施效果。
This paper analyzes leaks during installation of Sha-he two 600 MW units direct air cooling system ,proposes control measures and features from the aspects that are the installation above air cooling island steel platform structure parts , large exhausting tube system installation , welding technics ,strictness test process ,illustrates the effect of con-trol measures .
