摘要
分别将2种催化裂化汽油按等体积蒸馏切割成10个馏分段,考察不同体积馏分段中碱性氮化物和总硫含量的分布规律,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对试样中碱性氮化物进行定性分析。结果表明,在催化裂化汽油中,碱性氮化物以苯胺类化合物为主,且主要集中在重组分中;碱性氮化物含量和总硫含量均与馏出体积分数呈正相关性;为使催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫效果更好,有必要先对重组分进行脱碱性氮化物处理。
Two kinds of catalytic cracking (FCC) gasoline were cut into 10 fractions separately by an equal volume mothed. The distribution regularity of basic nitrogen and total sulfur in every fraction was investigated. The basic nitrogen compounds were qualitatively analysed by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry combined technique. The results showed that anilines were the main basic nitrogens in FCC gasoline,and these aniline compounds were mainly concentrated in the heavy fractions of FCC gasoline. The content of basic nitrogens and total sulfur had a positive correlation with distillate tem- perature range. Therefore, it was necessary to remove the basic nitrogens in heavy components in order to obtain better result in the selective hydrodesulfuriza- tion of FCC gasoline.
