摘要
介绍了甲醇制烯烃、汽油、芳烃、碳酸二甲酯(DMC)以及聚甲氧基二甲醚(DMMn)技术在国内的发展状况。其中,在汽油发动机中,采用DMC和汽油混合燃料,可降低总碳氢、NO,和苯的排放量;掺混质量分数为4.7%的DMC,可提高汽油辛烷值3—6个单位。在柴油中,添加DMM3-8。质量分数可高达10%~30%,柴油的燃烧性得到改善。
The status of technology development in methanol to olefins, gasoline, aromatics, dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and poly (oxymethylene) dimethyl ethers technology at home was introdueed with 32 references. The emissions of total hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and benzene could be reduced with DMC and gasoline blended oil as fuel in gasoline engine. The octane number increased by 3 - 6 units by adding 4.7% mass fraction of DMC. In diesel fuel, DMM3_s could be added up to 10% -30% ,and the combustion of diesel was improved.
