摘要
某电厂2号机组机组启动过程中出现的轴系振动故障,分别对冲车、定速、带负荷过程进行了振动监测,并根据监测数据分析,故障原因为质量不平衡所致,因此采用动平衡法消除故障。平衡加重后消除了机组振动故障,经检验机组振动情况良好。通过对该机组机组振动数据分析、故障诊断及故障处理所积累的经验,对其它大型发电机组轴系振动故障处理具有现实指导意义。
Application of this principle,Fengzhen Power Plant Unit No.4for the start of the shaft vibration occurred during the fault,respectively,hedging vehicles,fixed speed,with load process of the vibration measurement and monitoring,according to survey data and vibration characteristics of the analysis showed that the vibration of the unit shaft cause of the malfunction is caused by the uneven quality.According to the unit cylinder arrangement structure,and failure cause analysis,using high-speed balancing method to eliminate fault.In accordance with the development of a balanced program to balance increased after the elimination of the vibration failure,by the vibration test in good condition.By Fengzhen Power Plant Unit No.4vibration data collection,data analysis,fault diagnosis and fault handling of the accumulated experience of the other large generator shaft vibration fault handling of important guiding significance.
