中厚板K形坡口焊缝全熔透焊接工艺研究

针对生产制造中存在的中厚板全熔透焊缝根部出现未熔合、未焊透等缺陷,结合工艺要求,跟踪生产实际,调查生产现状,分析研究了产生问题的根源。通过完善、优化工艺要求,规范现场操作,有效地解决了问题,保证了焊接质量,取得了较好的效果。

For the incomplete penetration and incomplete fusion at the root of joints during manufac- ture, base on the demands of welding process, condition of welding shop and so on, We not only analyzed the problems in this paper, But also give the solution for the problems through optimizing welding pro- cess, giving advices for welder. The welding methods and parameters ensured the quality of the weld joints with completely penetrate. It was approved that the effect of the application is feasible.
