摘要
通过对在线还原系统各部件的分析,找出了在线还原系统经常堵塞的地方,并提出了各地方堵塞时的处理方法,以及在处理在线还原系统时,如何控制反应器、控制好产品质量,以减少处理过程中产生的不合格料。最后根据装置的运行情况,提出了一些改进措施,以提高在线还原系统的长周期运行。
Through analysis of the in--line reduction system, the frequent clogged points were found, according to those dogged points, giving some methods to handle the clogged points. How to control the reactor and the product quality during handling the clogged points is an important thing also measures were given. According to the FDPE plant running situation, some measures were put forward toimprove the in --line reduction system running time.
