胃癌患者舌苔变化与表皮生长因子受体基因单核苷酸多态性的相关性分析 被引量:9

Correlation between changes of tongue coating and single nucleotide polymorphism in epidermal growth factor receptor gene in patients with gastric cancer

摘要 目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)基因多态性影响胃癌患者舌苔变化的分子遗传学机制。方法以胃癌为基础病种,基于医院进行临床一对照研究。胃癌组患者387例,对照组392例体检健康者,观察苔色和苔质,通过连接酶检测反应检测11个EGFR基因单核甘酸多态性(SNPs),SPSS 16.0软件统计分析苔色、苔质与EGFR基因SNPs的相关性。结果错配SNP rs28384375仅检测到T等位基因,携带SNP rs763317 GA/AA基因型的白苔者患胃癌率增加,SNP rs1050171 GG基因型和rs2293347显著影响苔色变化(P<0.05),SNP rs17337023 TA/TT基因型、rs1050171和rs2293347显著影响苔质变化(P<0.05)。结论 EGFR基因多态性与胃癌患者舌苔变化存在相关性。 Objective To investigate molecular genetic mechanism of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)polymorphism influencing on tongue coatings in the patients with gastric cancer (GC).Methods A hospital-based case-control study was conducted,in which patients (n =387) with GC were enrolled in GC group and healthy subjects (n =392) in control group.The tongue coating color and coating texture were observed.Eleven single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in EGFR were detected by using ligase detection reaction.Correlations among the coating color,coating texture and SNPs in EGFR were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 software.Results T allele was detected only in mismatched SNP rs28384375.The incidence of GC increased in the patients who were carrying SNP rs763317 GA/ AA genotype and white coating.SNP rs1050171 GG genotype and rs2293347 could significandy affect coating color (P < 0.05),and SNP rs17337023 TA/TT genotype,rs1050171 and rs2293347 could significantly affect coating texture (P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the changes of tongue coating and polymorphism in EGFR in GC patients.
