60～69岁老年人中医体质与慢性腰痛的相关性研究

Correlation between TCM constitutional types and chronic low back pain in elderly patients aged from 60 to 69

目的 分析老年人中医体质类型与慢性腰痛的相关性.方法 应用整群抽样的方法在浙江省丽水市抽取60～69岁老年人.现场调查慢性腰痛的患病状况,同时对研究人群进行中医体质类型判定.结果 老年入患慢性腰痛的倾向性与平和质（rs =0.205,P=0.000）、气虚质（rs=-0.114,P=0.018）、阳虚质（rs=-0.124,P=0.009）、痰湿质（rs=-0.122,P=0.011）、血瘀质（rs=-0.121,P=0.012）均有明显相关.慢性腰痛人群Oswestry功能障碍指数与平和质（rs =0.260,P=0.000）、气虚质（rs=-0.170,P=0.000）、阳虚质（rs=-0.7324,P=0.000）、痰湿质（rs=-0.140,P=0.004）、血瘀质（rs=-0.130,P=0.007）、气郁质（rs=-0.100,P=0.038）均呈显著相关.结论 气虚质、阳虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质与老年人慢性腰痛的患病倾向有显著相关,气虚质、阳虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质、气郁质与老年人慢性腰痛导致的功能障碍程度密切相关.

Objective To analyze the correlation between TCM constitutional types and chronic low back pain in elderly patients.Methods The method of cluster sampling was used to chose elderly patients aged from 60 to 69 in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province.The status of chronic low back pain was surveyed at site and TCM constitutional types were determined in the elderly patents.Results The tendentiousness of chronic low back pain in the elderly patents was significantly correlated to normal constitution （rs =0.205,P =0.000）,qi-deficiency constitution （rs =-0.114,P =0.018）,yang-deficiency constitution （rs =-0.124,P =0.009）,phlegm-damp constitution （rs =-0.122,P =0.011） and blood-stasis constitution （rs =-0.121,P =0.012）.The Oswestry disability index of the patients with chronic low back pain was significantly correlated normal constitution （rs =0.260,P =0.000）,qi-deficiency constitution （rs =-0.170,P =0.000）,yang-deficiency constitution （rs =-0.7324,P =0.000）,phlegm-damp constitution （rs =-0.140,P =0.004）,blood-stasis constitution （rs =-0.130,P =0.007） and qi-depression constitution （rs =-0.100,P =0.038）.Conclusion The tendentiousness of chronic low back pain in elderly patients is significantly correlated to qi-deficiency constitution,yangdeficiency constitution,phlegm-damp constitution and blood-stasis constitution.Qi-deficiency constitution,yang-deficiency constitution,phlegm-damp constitution,blood-stasis constitution and qidepression constitution are closely correlated to the degree of disability induced by chronic low back pain in elderly patients.
