摘要
从热风炉能否提供高风温和高炉能否使用高风温两个方面进行分析,找出制约承钢新3#高炉提高风温使用的因素。通过优化热风炉工作制度、改进热风炉燃烧器、调整高炉操作制度等措施,承钢高炉风温、煤比分别提高了7.1℃、6.6 kg/t,综合焦比降低了14.4 kg/t,达到了节能降耗的目的。
Abstract: From two respects: if the hot blast stove can feed high blast temperature and blast furnace can uti- lize the high blast temperature, it is analyzed and found out the factors to limit the use of high blast tempera- ture in the new 3# blast furnace of Cheng Steel. With measures: optimizing the working system of hot blast stove, improving the burner, regulating blast furnace operation system, the blast temperature and coal ratio of blast furnace of Cheng Steel is separately increased by 7.1 ~(2 and 6.6 kg/t, the comprehensive coke ratio re- duced by 14.4 kg/t, the target of saving energy and reducing consumption got.
