摘要
通过对1 000 m3高炉和热风炉设计过程中应用的主要技术进行总结、对比、分析,阐述了现代炼铁高炉和热风炉设计的观点,新技术的应用保证了高炉高产、低耗、稳定、顺行,下一步高炉将向节能减排、高度自动化方向发展。
It is concluded, compared and analyzed the main techniques used in design of 1 000 m3 blast fur- nace and hot blast stove, stated the modern design ideas. The utilization of new techniques guarantees high output,, low consumption, steady production and smoothly operation for blast furnace. The next development for blast furnace will be saving energy and decreasing discharge as well as high - level automation.
