摘要
介绍了干熄焦循环气体的成分、循环气体成分分析的重要性及循环气体分析仪的组成。分析了气体分析仪取样系统堵塞的危害和原因,结合3种典型取样流程的特点及实际生产情况,提出了防治取样系统堵塞的措施。
It is introduced the composition of circulating air in dry quenching of coke, the importance to ana- lyze the composition and components of air analyzer. It is analyzed the harm and reason for the blocking in sampling system of air analyzer. Based on the features of three typical sampling flows and actual production, the measures to prevent the blocking proposed out.
