摘要
介绍了离心式空压机产生喘振的机理,对喘振原因进行了分析。结合石钢公司2套制氧机组离心式空压机的工程设计、组态、防喘振控制的设计实例,分析了防喘振操作过程中容易出现的问题,对类似机组的DCS编程组态和操作控制具有一定的借鉴。
It is introduced the mechanism of surge in centrifugal air compressor, analyzed the reason. Based on the engineering design, configuration, anti - surge control design example, it is analyzed the problems easy occurred in anti - surge operation. It can offer a reference for the DCS programming configuration and operation control of other same machine sets.
