摘要
谐波属于无用波,是衡量电能质量的重要指标,它在电网中的流通将增加能耗,表现在线损、变压器铜损、铁损及设备损耗等方面,同时造成这些设备发热、振动及噪音增加,甚至导致线路及电器设备的绝缘击穿。针对油田电网存在谐波的实际情况,开展了谐波治理技术研究,提出采用磁性滤波技术,通过磁性材料的特殊品字型对称结构,消除磁路中的谐波分量。油田现场应用达到了较好的效果,实现了消除谐波、节能降耗的目的。
Harmonic wave is useless,and also an important index for measuring the quality of electric energy.The harmonic wave flowing in the power grid will increase energy consumption such as the peformance loss,the copper loss of transformer,iron loss and transformer equipment loss and other aspects.It can make the equipment heating,vibrating and can increase the noise of this equipment at the same time,and even cause insulation breakdown of circuit and electrical equipment.According to the actual situation of harmonic wave in oilfield power network,the harmonic wave control technology research and the magnetic filtering technology have been developed.The harmonic wave component in the magnetic circuit can be eliminated by the special shaped symmetrical structure in the magnetic materials.The application effects in the oilfield are better,the harmonic wave can be eliminated and energy-saving & emission-reducing has been realized.
