YJC型燃油节油器在油田注汽锅炉上的应用

摘要 油田注汽锅炉是油田开发生产重要的用能设备,提高油田注汽锅炉的燃油系统效率,降低燃油的消耗,是油田实施节能减排发展战略的重要措施之一。YJC型燃油节油器采用高梯度式核磁共振的独特垂直力,瞬间激发其所处理流体中物质元素,使其产生光电效应,并自激放大,再直接作用到燃油分子表面,使燃油分子之间的相互作用力发生变化,从而改变燃料油碳氢化合物的分子结构,降低燃料油黏度,增强燃料油雾化效果,使燃烧更加充分,不仅可降低排烟温度,减少排烟热损失,而且可以达到提高锅炉系统效率和节能降耗的目的。该燃油节油器在孤东油田KD53号注汽站应用结果表明,注汽锅炉系统效率提高5%以上,节油率达到6.14%,节油效果良好,具有推广应用价值。 Steam-injection boiler is the important equipment for developing and producing of oilfield. Improving the fuel system efficiency of steam-injection boiler and reducing the fuel consumption are one of the important measures to implement energy-saving & emission reducing development strategies in oil field.The matter element in a processing fluid can be excited transiently,the photoelectric effect can be produced and the self- oscillation can be amplified by adopting the unique vertical force of high gradient magnetic resonance in YJC type fuel economizer and then directly effect to the surface of the fuel molecules,make the interaction between the fuel molecules to change,thus it can change the molecular structure of the fuel oil hydrocarbons,reduce the fuel oil viscosity,enhance the fuel oil atomization effect and make the combustion more fully.It not only can reduce the exhaust gas temperature and reduce the heat loss of exhaust gas,but also can improve the efficiency and energy- saving & consumption- reducing of the boiler system.The application results using the fuel economizer in K.D53 steam injection station of Gudong oilfield show that the system efficiency of the steam-injecting boiler has been improved by more than 5%, 6.14%oil-saving rate has been reached and this oil economizer has better oil-saving effect and greater popularization and application value。
