摘要
目的 建立测定新咳喘宁合剂中氨茶碱含量的反相高效液相色谱法.方法 色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(30:70),流速为1.2 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为25℃.结果 氨茶碱质量浓度在81.00~405.20 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,Y=4.56×104X+ 8.95×104,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为100.21%,RSD为0.39%.结论 该方法简便、准确,重现性好,适用于新咳喘宁合剂中氨茶碱的质量控制.
Objective To establish a reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatograpy(RP-HPLC) method to determine the aminophylline content in New Kechuanning Mixture.Methods The chromatographic column was the Hypersil ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-water(30:70).The flow rate was 1.2 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.The column temperature was 25 ℃.Results There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 81.00-405.20 μg/mL for aminophylline (Y =4.56 × 104X + 8.95 × 104,r =0.999 9,n =5).The average recovery rate was 100.21%,RSD was 0.39%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of aminophylline in New Kechuanning Mixture.
