纳米银创伤贴用于阑尾炎切除手术切口68例

Clinical Application Observation of Nano-Silver Trauma Patch in Appendectomy Incision

目的观察纳米银创伤贴预防阑尾炎切除手术伤口感染的疗效及其安全性。方法将阑尾炎切除手术后的135例患者随机分为观察组(68例)和对照组(67例),观察组以0.9%氯化钠注射液清创后使用纳米银创伤贴覆盖,对照组以医用酒精消毒后使用普通无菌敷料。比较两组患者的伤口愈合情况和感染情况。结果观察组手术切口均为甲级愈合,无红肿,无分泌物,未培养出化脓菌,效果优于对照组。结论纳米银创伤贴在预防手术切口感染方面比常规无菌敷料好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Nano-Silver Trauma Patch in preventing appendectomy incision infection.Methods One hundred and thirty-five cases of appendectomy were randomly divided into the observation group（n =68） and the normal group（n=67）.The observation group used Nano-Silver Trauma Patch for covering the incision after debridement with 0.9％ normal saline while the control group used the common sterilized dressing after the disinfection by medical alcohol.The situation of the wound healing and infection were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incision in the observation group had the grade A healing without redness,swell,secretion and purulent pathogens,the curative effect is superior to that in the control group.Conclusion Nano-Silver Trauma Patch is superior to the common sterilized dressing in preventing the operative incision infection.
