高血压聋哑患者健康教育方法的探讨

摘要 目的探讨高血压聋哑患者实施健康教育的方法及效果。方法采用立意取样法,选择济南市某社区的高血压聋哑患者37例,在现场血压测量和问卷调查(有关高血压的知识、态度、行为)的基础上,对37例患者进行为期6个月的健康教育,6个月后重新测量血压和问卷调查,并与第1次调查结果进行对照。结果高血压聋哑患者对高血压病的知识、态度平均得分较健康教育前显著提高(P<0.01),收缩压和舒张压水平较健康教育前显著下降(P<0.01)。结论健康教育对聋哑人高血压病的预防与控制有重要作用;对聋哑患者的健康教育必须循序渐进以保证健康教育的效果。 Objective To explore the methods and effects of health education for hypertension among deaf-mute patients.Methods By purposive sampling,a total of 37 deaf-mute patients from one community of Jinan City were recruited and assessed by blood pressure measurement and questionnaire (about hypertension related knowledge,attitude and behavior) assessment were given before and after six months health education.Results at baseline and six months were compared.Results After six-month health education,the mean score of knowledge and attitude of hypertension were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the blood pressure levels (systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure) were significantly dropped (P<0.01).Conclusion Health education plays an important role in preventing and controlling of hypertension in deaf-mute patients.The procedure of health education requires following a step-by-step approach to ensure the effects.
