噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入对稳定期COPD患者血清炎症细胞因子及肺功能的影响评价 被引量：16

摘要 目的探讨联合应用噻托溴铵及沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂(舒利迭50/250μg)对稳定期COPD患者血浆炎症细胞因子(IL-8、TNF-α)及肺功能的影响。方法选取稳定期COPD患者80例分成两组,对照组口服舒弗美,观察组联合应用噻托溴铵及舒利迭,治疗12个月。测定患者IL-8、TNF-α及肺功能。结果两组治疗后血清IL-8、TNF-α均下降,肺功能指标均改善,对照组(P>0.05)无显著差异;观察组(P<0.05)有显著差异。两组比较观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵与舒利迭联合吸入能明显降低COPD患者IL-8、TNF-α水平,减轻气道炎症,改善肺功能。
