摘要 为加强和改进高校"八零后"辅导员师德建设,在客观分析高校"八零后"辅导员群体特征的基础上,探讨了"八零后"辅导员在政治理论素养、岗位责任意识、综合业务能力和表率示范作用等方面存在的不足,提出高等学校应从强化理论学习、完善考评制度、坚持以人为本、营造良好氛围等方面加强师德建设,不断提高"八零后"辅导员的职业归宿感、职业认同感、职业责任感和职业幸福感。 In order to enhance and improve the ethics construction of college students' counsel-ors born in 1980s, based on the objective analysis of their characteristics, the paper discusses their shortage in political theory diathesis, job responsibility consciousness, comprehensive professional abilities, and exemplary effect, etc. Therefore, an idea was put forward that insti-tutions for higher learning should improve the counselors' moral construction by strengthening theory studies, bettering the evaluation system, taking human as the center and building a fa-vorable atmosphere, etc. in order to raise the senses of professional belonging, professional identity, professional responsibilities and professional happiness of the counselors born in 1980s.
