基于区域文化创建特色主题饭店的对策研究——以浙江金华饭店业为例

摘要 特色文化主题是参与饭店业竞争最有力的"武器"之一。文章立足区域文化特征与优势,采用调查问卷的研究方式,破解面临创建特色文化饭店的制约因素。提出依托区域资源优势,凝练特色文化主题;突显文化主题,提高饭店产品竞争力;组建综合体,保障特色文化主题饭店可持续发展等对策,推进饭店转型升级、彰显特色,提高市场竞争力。 The theme of distinctive culture is the most powerful arms for hotels to participate in the market competition. The author breaks the restricted factors to establish hotels with distinctive culture by analyzing the characteristics and advantages of J:egional culture and by method of questionnaire research. This paper puts forward several strategies that will promote transformation and upgrading of the hotel and highlight its feature to raise the market competiveness, such as making the distinctive theme culture compact based on regional resource advantage, highlighting the culture theme to improve hotel competitiveness, forming complex to ensure sustainable development of the distinctive theme hotels, and ~n nn
