促红细胞生成素治疗脊髓损伤神经保护作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)发展有两个阶段:首先是外伤导致神经自身组织的直接损害,其次是原发性损伤级联的一系列继发性损害,是所有早期原发病灶的放大[1],包括体液及电解质失衡、局部血流改变、钙介导的细胞损伤、自由基的产生、谷氨酸诱导的兴奋毒性、线粒体功能紊乱、促炎性细胞因子的产生和细胞凋亡等变化,因而促进SCI后功能恢复的策略是减少二级损伤[2]。
