高职护生参与开放式专业性社会实践的分析

Analysis of higher vocational nursing students participating in opening professional social practice

目的 分析高职护生参与开放式专业性社会实践活动的意义,探索社会实践与专业学习、临床实习结合的有效途径.方法 对30名护生在暑期参与开放式专业性社会实践活动后完成的反思日记进行内容分析,提炼护生的关注点,并进行护生实践综合效果自我评估的问卷调查.结果 护生在开放式专业性社会实践中最关注的是护理操作和软技能,通过实践活动促进了护生职业学习,增进了职业责任感,提高了职业能力.结论 护生实习前参加开放式专业性社会实践活动有助于通过感知临床护理工作,重新认识专业学习,及早适应并融人临床实习工作.

Objective To analyze the significance of higher vocational nursing students participating in opening professional social practice,and to explore the effective way of combining social practice with professional learning and clinical practice.Methods After completing the opening professional social practice in summer,the reflection diaries of 30 nursing students were analyzed and the concerns were refined.Questionnaire survey about self assessment of comprehensive effect of the practice of nursing students were conducted.Results Nursing operation and soft skills were mostly concerned by nursing students＇ in opening professional social practice.Vocational learning,occupation of responsibility,and the occupation ability were improved by practical activities.Conclusions Nursing students who participate in opening professional social practice before clinical work,can re-understand the professional learning,adapt and integrate themselves into clinical practice through the perception of clinical nursing work.
