摘要
对荆条果实形态特征及营养成分进行了测定.结果表明:①荆条果实呈卵球形或近球形,包于宿存花萼内,黑褐色,表面粗糙,无光泽,圆头状凸起紧密排列在果实表面,呈波浪状.果实长短轴大小为2.93 mm×2.48 mm,单粒质量9.58 mg.②荆条果实内含种子1~4枚,呈倒卵形,种皮厚膜质,淡黄色,是双子叶无胚乳种子.③荆条果实粗脂肪的质量分数为0.0946 mg·g-1,明显高于可溶性糖的质量分数(0.0194 mg·g-1)和蛋白质的质量分数(0.0190 mg·g-1),还含有K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu等多种矿质元素,且Ca,K,Na的含量明显高于其它矿质元素.
The morphology characters and nutritious component of the fruits of Vitex negundo var. heterophylla have been studied. The results showed that Vitex negundo vat. heterophylla fruit was drupe, ovoid or nearly spherical, wrapped in a persistent calyx. It was dark brown, surface roughness and matt, and round head shape trunk close arranged in wavy in its surface. The size of fruit was 2.93 mm× 2.48 mm, while the weight of seed was 9.58 mg. The Vitex negundo var. heterophylla fruit with seeds from 1 to 4 pieces, obovate, seed coat membranous thick, yellowish, belonged to dicotyledonous exalbuminous seeds. The contents of fat in the fruit were about 0. 094 6 mg g-1. The contents of other components of its seeds such as sugar (0.019 4 mg g-1 ), protein (0.019 0 mg g-1 ), were fewer than that of fat, respectively. There were also plenty of mineral elements such as K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu in the seeds, and the content of Ca was obvious higher than other minerals elements.
