高掺量SBS改性沥青及其在OGFC中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 通过常规沥青指标试验,对不同掺量SBS改性沥青进行测试,并与日本高粘沥青进行对比,发现6%SBS改性沥青的135℃粘度与日本高粘沥青较为接近.采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)分别进行剪切速率扫描试验和温度扫描试验,对比5%SBS改性沥青、6%SBS改性沥青、日本高粘沥青的零剪切粘度、复数模量和车辙因子.试验结果表明:6%SBS改性沥青零剪切粘度略大于日本高粘沥青,远大于5%SBS改性沥青;日本高粘沥青高温性能优于6%SBS改性沥青.最后通过车辙、飞散、水稳试验对比混合料的性能,试验结果表明:6%SBS改性沥青与日本高粘沥青相比,高温和水稳定性能较为接近;飞散损失略大,但远低于规范上限值.从试验结果分析可知,6%SBS改性沥青用于OGFC混合料是可行的. By conventional performance tests, we test SBS modified asphalts using different dosages. Compared with Japan's high viscosity asphalt, it is found the 135℃ viscosity of 6% SBS modified asphalt is relatively close to Japan's high viscosity asphalt. By shear rate scanning test and temperature scanning test using the DSR, we choose some indicators, such as zero shear viscosity, complex modulus and the rut factor, to compare with 5 % SBS mod- ified asphalt, 6% SBS modified asphalt and Japan's high viscosity asphalt. Experimental results show that zero shear viscosity of 6 % SBS modified asphalt is slightly bigger than Ja- pan's viscosity asphalt, and far more than 5 SBS modified asphalt; the high temper- ature performance of Japan's high viscosity asphalt is better than 6% SBS modified asphalt. At last, comparing the performance by the rutting test, flying test,water stability test,ex- perimental results show that high temperature performance and water stability performance of 6 % SBS modified asphalt is relatively close to Japan's high viscosity asphalt. The result of the loss of flying test also meets specification requirements. The test results show that 6 % of the SBS modified asphalt used in OGFC mixture is feasible.
