摘要
校企合作是高职教育中最具特色和最为关键的环节。其"来源点"是由高职教育的本质属性"职业性"所决定的;校企合作的协同创新实施和开展离不开学校和企业双方的共同努力,合作的纽带和链接是双方的共同利益,即双方需要找到的切合"利益点";最终如何使校企合作走向持续化、常态化和规范化协同则需要学校、国家、各级政府、社会和企业等共同形成一整套完善的机制和体制,并以这套体制和机制为"发展点"带动和引领整个校企合作的良性发展。
The cooperation between college and enterprise is the most obvious characteristic and key linkage. "The original source" is determined by the "professional" attached in higher vocational education. The cooperation between vocational college and enterprise cooperative innovation implementation could not be done effectively without the joint efforts of higher vocational college continuous, normal and standard cooperative ties and and enterprise. A perfect mechanism and system for the linkage for the cooperation between vocational college and enterprise should be jointly created by the school, state, government, society and enterprise." The developing-start" should be established, based on the mechanism and system, which will lead and guide the good-will development of the cooperation between vocational college and enterprise.
